The Q4 2026 cohort opens three founding partner positions. Co-build the methodology, shape the developing toolset, work with Tenure on one asset or portfolio segment across twelve months. Preferential terms in exchange for case material and roadmap influence.

— WHAT YOU RECEIVE

An operating standard, held across the year.

  • Identity Assessment of one asset or portfolio segment
  • Codified identity contract for that asset
  • Quarterly Identity Integrity Index scoring
  • One in-person workshop per quarter with your operations team
  • Direct influence over the developing methodology
  • Roadmap input on the eventual digital instruments
  • 30–50% off any further engagement at standard rates
  • Right to cite the partnership in your own materials
— WHAT YOU GIVE

Case material, honestly shared.

  • Access to the asset and the operations team
  • Permission to use anonymised case material from 2027 onward
  • Quarterly time commitment from the asset manager (approx. 8 hours/quarter)
  • Operational data sufficient to develop the Index framework
  • Right to cite the partnership as a reference relationship
  • Engagement fee, paid quarterly across the year

Three founding partners by October 2026. The conversation starts months earlier.

May–June 2026

Coffee, in either direction.

First conversations with the warmest relationships and the highest-value cold targets. Open invitation — if you read this and see fit, write.

9 June 2026

Provada.

If you are at Provada and the conversation has not yet happened, find us. The cohort positions are not announced from a podium; they are decided in private rooms.

June–August 2026

Assessment proposals.

For partners who fit, we scope an Identity Assessment of the asset they want to bring into the cohort. Three weeks of work, written deliverable.

September 2026

Three commitments.

Founding partner agreements signed. Cohort scope finalised. Calendar set for the year ahead.

October 2026 — September 2027

The work.

Quarterly Index cycles. Workshops with each partner's operations team. Methodology built in public with three operators, three assets, three real datasets.

Who this is and is not for.

The cohort is deliberately narrow. Three partners means depth over breadth — and the right three matters more than the next three.

A FIT

This is for you if

  • You hold an institutional BTR portfolio in the Netherlands with 5 to 20 buildings.
  • Your hold horizon is ten years or longer.
  • You are an owner-operator structure or family-vehicle with direct asset management authority.
  • You have asked the resident question internally and not found a satisfactory answer.
  • You are willing to commit eight hours per quarter of asset manager time across twelve months.
  • You are open to having anonymised material from your asset used to develop the practice.
NOT THIS YEAR

This is not for you if

  • You need a software platform purchased and deployed in 90 days.
  • You are looking for a marketing or branding agency.
  • You operate a single-building or under-five-buildings portfolio.
  • Your investment horizon is under five years.
  • You require formal procurement processes that exceed €200k thresholds for first-time vendors.
  • You operate primarily in hospitality, student housing, or affordable housing — adjacent sectors we may serve later but not in this cohort.
